Although we can design a nice site for you, what goes on it is something only you can decide. We can advise you on the sort of information you should have, but ultimately the site will say what you decide it says.

When you order your site, we need the following:

• What you want on each page; the title, the text and any images.
• Copies of any logos or other artwork you want included.
• Mandatory information which must appear on your website under the Companies' Act (this requirement was sneaked in without any fanfare in 2006 and many people have been caught out by it).
  • Company name as registered.
  • Company number and place of registration.
  • Registered address.
  • VAT number if you're registered.
  • If your company is a member of a trade or professional association, membership details including any registration number.
  • If prices are to be quoted on your site, whether or not they include taxes, delivery costs, etc.
• If you want embedded Google maps, details of the area they should cover, what should be on them and precise locations of any icons.

If we are replacing an existing site, content can be copied from it if you don't need it changed.

IMPORTANT Please ensure you either own the copyright for anything to be put on your site or have the necessary copyright clearance to use it.
